What is your favourite holiday scent?

Snow is by far my favourite scent - probably because we don't get snow even in the winter in WA -. It's summer in Australia when we have our christmas and I get so jealous seeing all of you beauties snuggled up in beanies, scarves and gloves for Christmas.
However if snow does not count as a scent anything with spicy undertones that just make you feel all warm and tingly inside.
